Mei Av

Mei Av is a seasoned design and user experience professional currently serving as a Senior Design Manager at Adobe, where responsibilities include leading a team of UX and Service Designers to create innovative customer experiences in Document Cloud Generative AI and Adobe Sign. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Experience Researcher at Citrix, where insights into customer journeys enhanced product adoption, and as a User Experience Researcher at Comcast, focusing on cross-platform research. Mei Av also contributed to innovation at USC Stevens Center for Innovation and served as a Kiva Fellow in Cambodia. Educationally, Mei Av holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UCLA.
