Michael Durniat

Michael Durniat, CPA, is a Senior Manager of Domestic Tax at Adobe, where they lead the US compliance team overseeing federal, state, and local income tax filings, as well as ASC 740 provision calculations, tax planning, and audits. Previously, Michael held various roles at Grant Thornton LLP, including Tax Senior Associate and Tax Manager. They have also served as Senior Manager of Tax at Marketo, an Adobe Company, and as Manager of Domestic Tax at Adobe before their current role. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics Management and Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver.
