Mino Thomas is an accomplished talent acquisition and operations leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Head of Talent Operations at Adobe, Mino has previously held significant positions such as Senior Director and Head of Talent Acquisition & Staffing, Director of Talent Acquisition & Staffing, and Head of Talent Acquisition & Staffing at HP. Mino's journey includes a tenure at Wipro Limited, where responsibilities ranged from Regional Recruitment Manager to Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.
