Nora Cook

Nora Cook is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the HRBP Leader for the Americas Professional Services at Adobe since January 2025, while also being a founding member of The People Collective, an exclusive community for executive-level People Leaders. Prior experience includes holding the position of VP HR Business Partner for Global Technology at Capital Group from August 2021 to January 2025, where significant talent strategies were implemented to enhance employee engagement and organizational design. At Experian, from December 2016 to July 2021, Nora held the role of Global HR Director, improving engagement and driving growth in declining revenue client groups. Additionally, Nora built HR functions from the ground up in previous roles at mophie and UIEvolution, facilitating substantial employee growth and effective onboarding processes. Nora holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Seattle University, alongside a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Washington.
