Pavan Ghaie

Pavan Ghaie serves as the Managing Director of Adobe Customer Solutions, overseeing P&L for Adobe Consulting’s Public Sector, High-Tech, and Agencies business. Previously, Pavan held leadership roles at Marketo, where they managed services revenue exceeding $20M annually and consistently surpassed sales targets. Prior to Marketo, Pavan worked as a Professional Services Manager at Teradata Corporation and played key roles in successful client engagements, including implementations that significantly increased lead generation and conversion rates. Pavan started their career at Aprimo Incorporated, advancing from Associate Consultant to Senior Consultant, and has contributed extensively to the professional services field throughout their career. Pavan is currently pursuing further education at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and holds a B.E. from the University of Mumbai.
