Peter Wu

Peter Wu is an experienced legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Currently, Peter serves as Senior Managing Counsel for M&A and Corporate at Adobe, a position held since June 2019, after progressing through various roles within the company. Additionally, Peter is a DeputyGC Member at TechGC since February 2022. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Corporate Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where expertise in M&A, private company representation, and venture capital was developed. Peter has also contributed to the University of Pennsylvania’s Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, providing legal guidance to startups, and served as Technology Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. With a comprehensive educational background, including a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Engineering from The Cooper Union, Peter Wu combines legal acumen with a foundation in engineering and management.
