Raaghav Hebbar is a seasoned engineering leader with over two decades of experience in AI, ML, and data engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering for Agentic AI at Adobe, Raaghav previously held leadership roles at AWS, NVIDIA, and Marvell Technologies, where significant achievements included scaling engineering teams and driving innovations in data platforms and cloud technologies. At AWS, Raaghav led the development of high-impact ML applications while expanding a team from 18 to 30 engineers, and at NVIDIA, they pioneered "CUDA on ARM" for exascale computing. Raaghav's career reflects a strong commitment to building high-performing teams and delivering effective solutions in complex environments.
