Rachel Baxter

Rachel Baxter is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in project management, technical leadership, and client consulting. Currently serving as a Director at Adobe Systems since 2009, Rachel leads cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction, manage case progress, and influence product development based on business requirements. Previous positions include Director at VMware, where Rachel provided consulting on infrastructure development, and Manager at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing Microsoft projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Rachel began a career in technology as a Programmer at Microsoft, contributing to the development of client management tools, after earning a BSc in Computer Science from Stanford University.
