Raluca Valeanu

Raluca Valeanu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and strategic management, currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations, Customer Retention, Strategy & Programs EMEA at Adobe since September 2025. Prior to this role, Raluca held various leadership positions at Microsoft from March 2017 to August 2025, including Director of Global Revenue Operations and Senior Manager in Global Sales Operations, where innovative insights were implemented to enhance pipeline standards and operational efficiency. Raluca has also worked at Vodafone as a Senior Sales Compensation Manager and at Oracle as Director of EMEA Incentive Compensation, focusing on compensation strategies and payments for sales personnel. Raluca holds an M.B.A. from The University of Sheffield and a Ph.D. in Cybernetics Economic from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
