Ravinder Kumar Gupta

Ravinder Kumar Gupta is an experienced product leader in the fintech and banking sectors, currently serving as the Head of Product at Paytm Payments Bank since October 2022, focusing on payment instruments and various banking products. Previously, Ravinder served as Head of Product at Paytm Insurance, leading product initiatives to enhance insurance offerings. Ravinder has extensive experience at Paytm, where roles included Business and Product Head for Insurance, AVP - Product, and General Manager - Product, contributing to significant launches and strategic transitions in the insurance and payments landscape. Prior to joining Paytm, Ravinder worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland as an Associate and Graduate Analyst. Educational qualifications include a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from Delhi College of Engineering.
