Ruth Casanova

Ruth Casanova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and management roles across prominent companies. Since July 2018, Ruth has been with Adobe as a Senior Director, overseeing Industry Customer Success for the Americas and also leading Customer Success initiatives in the Retail sector. Prior to Adobe, Ruth held various leadership positions at FCB Global as VP, Management Director and at Oracle as Sr. Director of Account Management. Ruth's earlier career includes significant roles at Responsys, Epsilon, and CA, Inc., where responsibilities spanned from Director of Customer Success to Senior Product Marketing Manager. Ruth holds degrees from the University at Albany and Stony Brook University.
