Ruth O'Neill

Ruth O'Neill is the Head of Talent Development for EMEA at Adobe, where they focus on delivering innovative solutions aligned with strategic goals. With a strong background in talent management and client relationship management, Ruth has built a reputation as a commercially focused leader. They previously worked as a Researcher at both the University of Sheffield and DeakinCarmichael, and as a Consulting Associate and Senior Consultant at DDI. Ruth holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Leicester.
