Saurabh Agarwal

Saurabh Agarwal is a Director of Cloud Operations at Adobe, bringing 30 years of extensive experience in global infrastructure and cloud operations. Saurabh began their career at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) India as a Customer Support Specialist, later serving as IT Manager at Schlumberger Asia Services. They advanced to hold the position of IT Director at Cadence Design Systems, where Saurabh established a 24x7 operation that achieved a 99.4% customer satisfaction rate. Currently, Saurabh is pursuing a PhD in Business Administration while also engaged in various professional development programs, including a blended certificate for Chief Technology Officer from MIT Professional Education.
