Shana Lyons

Shana Lyons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions consulting, currently serving as the Senior Director of Solutions Consulting at Adobe since July 2013. At Adobe, Shana leads a team focused on client satisfaction, revenue generation, and technical excellence within the Digital Experience portfolio, particularly for the net new logo business and LATAM region. Prior roles at Adobe include Director of Corporate, Growth, and LATAM Solutions Consulting and Director of Customer Journey Management Solutions Consulting. Shana began the career at Neolane, where significant contributions included overseeing high-value campaign management projects and mentoring new talent.
