Shantanu Pal

Shantanu Pal is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Director of AI Platforms at Adobe since January 2024. Prior to this role, Shantanu held various positions at Google from May 2011 to January 2024, including Head of Program for Data Acquisition and Semantic Understanding, Chief-of-Staff to the VP of Core Data Infrastructure, Head of Revenue Acceleration for Ad Sales, and Senior Manager for Mid Market Sales in Google Ads. Shantanu's career began at Infosys, where a tenure from October 2000 to April 2011 included roles as Senior Manager and Manager in Software Engineering. Shantanu holds an MBA PGPX from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai.
