Sharon Casey

Sharon Casey is an accomplished change management professional with extensive experience in leading organizational transformation initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Change Management at Adobe Technology Services since September 2017, Sharon has spearheaded the Change Management function, enhancing employee satisfaction and the overall success of strategic programs through scalable best practices and comprehensive training initiatives. Previous roles at Adobe include Senior Manager and Manager of Change Management, where Sharon focused on supporting technology-driven changes and developing effective change strategies. Prior to Adobe, Sharon worked at NetApp as an Organization Development & Change Management Consultant and gained valuable experience in organizational design and change initiatives. An MBA graduate from Santa Clara University, Sharon also has a solid foundation in client services and departmental leadership from early roles in the veterinary care sector.
