With a proven track record at Adobe, Shweta has successfully partnered with C-suite executives to align HR strategies with business goals and championed employee relations initiatives that enhance workplace culture. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations and Experience Partnership at Adobe India, Shweta continues to focus on people strategy and cultural transformation. Shweta holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Center of Management and HRD and is pursuing a B.Com (Hons) at Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
