Spencer Stultz

Spencer Stultz, M.A., is a dedicated servant leader and equity advocate currently serving as a Group Manager at Adobe, where they manage various teams and drive initiatives to foster organizational culture and employee retention. Previously, Spencer worked as a Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University's Department of African American Studies and has extensive experience in community engagement, having founded Whimsical Black Girl, a platform supporting Black creatives. Their work has included leading DEI initiatives at YWCA Columbus and developing educational programs at several organizations, demonstrating a commitment to social justice and equity. Spencer is also pursuing multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Art History from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Howard University.
