Stefan Spycher

Stefan Spycher is the Director of AEM Engineering at Adobe, where they oversee various engineering areas, including CI/CD, eCommerce, and Telemetry/Business Intelligence for Adobe Experience Manager products. Prior to this role, Stefan led the AEM Quality Engineering teams at Adobe until Q2 2018 and was involved in the acquisition of Day Software by Adobe in 2010. At Day Software, they held multiple positions, including interim IT manager, and contributed significantly to both quality engineering and documentation. With expertise in managing distributed teams and a focus on achieving both company and personal goals, Stefan thrives in challenging environments that encourage unconventional solutions.
