Swati has previously held various roles, including Regional Finance Manager at Wipro Infotech, where they contributed to multiple controllership functions, and was part of the core team at Pramerica Asset Managers that established the business in Kolkata. Swati's educational background includes an MBA in International Business with a dual specialization in Finance from Amity Business School, and a B.A. in Economics from Delhi University.
