Teruki Hinooka

Teruki Hinooka is a Lead Employee Relations Consultant at Adobe, where they focus on APAC operations. With extensive experience in human resources, Teruki previously held roles including Senior Manager for Japan Employee Relations at Johnson & Johnson and Director of HR Planning & Operations at Akkodis. They began their career in human resources at Recruit Media Communications and progressed through prominent positions at Price Waterhouse Coopers and Volkswagen Financial Services. Teruki holds an MBA in Organization Behavior from Keio University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Waseda University, along with completing an exchange program at The Wharton School.
