Tomeka Seckinger

Tomeka Seckinger has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Director of Global Onboarding & Background Checks at Adobe since September 2018, where Tomeka leads a global team focused on enhancing the onboarding experience for over 5,000 new hires each year. Prior to this role, Tomeka held the position of Director of Americas HR Shared Services & Employee Relations at Adobe, overseeing the HR shared service team and employee experience initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Manager of HR Operations & Support at Graebel Van Lines, HR Business Manager for the West Coast at Target, and HR Manager/District Consultant at Aon Hewitt. Tomeka's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from UC Irvine and a Master's in Business Administration from Webster University.
