Tricia Guyer

Tricia Guyer is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in building and managing high-performing recruitment teams across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Americas Talent Acquisition at Adobe since July 2018, Tricia leads efforts to attract talent for customer-facing roles within the Field Sales and Customer Success teams. Prior to Adobe, Tricia was the Talent Acquisition Leader at Magento, where Tricia spearheaded recruitment during the company's transformation focused on Cloud/SaaS solutions. Tricia's recruitment expertise emerged at eBay Inc., where roles included Talent Acquisition Leader for key business units and Executive Recruiter for senior-level positions globally. Tricia began their career as a Recruiter at PeopleShare and held management positions within the staffing industry. Tricia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
