Vedika Kuttanda

Vedika Kuttanda is a Senior Talent Development Partner at Adobe, where they focus on leadership development. They previously worked as a Senior Consultant and Manager in People Advisory Services at EY, and served as a Senior Principal Consultant at Mettl, specializing in psychometric research and assessments. Vedika's early experiences include internships at Larsen & Toubro Limited and Goldman Sachs, as well as a role as a Psychometric Analyst at Oscar Murphy International. They hold a Master of Science in HRD Psychology from the University of Madras, where they graduated with a gold medal, and a Bachelor of Arts from Christ College in Bangalore, studying psychology, sociology, and economics.
