Wes Poole, MBA, is an accomplished leader in technical account management, currently serving as the Director of Technical Account Management at Adobe since May 2025, focusing on Ultimate Success across sectors including FSI, Healthcare, Public Sector, and Canada. Prior to Adobe, Wes held the position of Director at Workday from May 2024 to July 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing technical account management in North America. Wes's extensive experience also encompasses a role as TAM Practice Director at VMware, managing global accounts, and serving as Support Practice Manager at Microsoft, where Wes developed significant business within the financial services sector.
