Young Yang currently serves as the Head of Customer Success for the Greater China region at Adobe, overseeing the Customer Success business across Adobe Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud, and Document Cloud since June 2017. Prior roles at Adobe include leading the Ad Cloud business for Greater China, Southeast Asia, and Korea, and managing the entire Adobe Advertising Cloud solution for Greater China. Earlier experience includes leading the performance marketing division at Publicis Media, as well as roles in digital marketing and search management at Maxus and IPG Mediabrands, respectively. Young Yang holds a Master of Art in Integrated Marketing and Communication from the City University of Hong Kong.
