Rafael Prieto

Rafael Prieto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board of Directors member and Chairman of the N&R Committee at ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ, and as Senior Advisor for multiple firms including Grupo Acideka, DIVIGROUP, MV EXECUTIVE SEARCH, and Grupo Palacios Automocion, Rafael also holds the position of Patrono at Fundación Erik Lovaas para Autismo. As CEO and Co-Founder of H2 Solar Energy SL since February 2021, Rafael has demonstrated a strong commitment to renewable energy initiatives. Previously, Rafael was the CEO-Deputy Chairman of Canal de Isabel II from April 2016 to November 2020, overseeing the integral water cycle management in Madrid, and held various chairman positions within the Canal Isabel II Group. Rafael holds a Master's Degree in Economic and Business Sciences from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, alongside several executive programs in governance and corporate strategy.
