Kevin Budd

Kevin is the President of Monashee Capital Corp. a corporate finance and advisory firm specializing in Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, as well as Corporate Finance, Succession Planning, Board Governance and General Strategic and Business Advisory. Kevin is also President of Pacific Southshore Ventures Inc., a private investment company focusing on Private Equity and Growth Capital opportunities. Kevin lends his financial skills and experience on several boards, including Ryan Mortgage Income Fund and Manchester Investments Inc.

Kevin received an MBA (Finance & Strategy) from the London Business School as well as an MBA (Business Strategy & Finance) from The University of British Columbia. Prior to that he receive a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Kevin currently serves as a Corporate Director and provides M&A and Strategic Advisory to aDolus.
