Kathy Tansey

Kathy Tansey has extensive work experience in the field of regulatory and quality assurance. Kathy'smost recent role is as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality at Adona Medical, which they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Director of Regulatory and Quality at Elixir Medical Corporation from October 2020 to February 2021. Kathy also held the position of Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Route 92 Medical from September 2017 to October 2020. Before that, they worked as a Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Previvo Genetics, Inc. from August 2016 to September 2017. Kathy has also held various roles at Cardiokinetix, including Senior Director of Quality Assurance, Director of Quality Assurance, and Senior Manager of Global Quality from March 2010 to August 2016. Throughout their career, Kathy has gained experience in ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, managing teams, and supporting clinical and commercial operations. Kathy has also worked at Abbott Vascular Devices, MedImmune Vaccines, CardioDx, Aradigm Corporation, and Novo Nordisk Delivery Technologies in a variety of quality assurance and project management roles.

Kathy Tansey holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a RAPS Member from the Regulatory Affairs Certification Program in February 2021.
