Sarah Fayerweather has a diverse range of work experience in engineering and research. Sarah started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Rita's Italian Ice in 2014 before transitioning into engineering roles. Sarah worked as a R&D Engineering Co-op at Boston Scientific in 2017 and as a Build Studio Engineer at Generate Product Development from 2017 to 2018. Sarah also served as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Computational Optics and Translational Imaging Lab at Northeastern University and as a Mentor for the ALERT and Gordon-CenSSIS research program. Sarah further worked as a Robotics Engineer at Aubot in 2018 and as a Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University College of Engineering from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Sarah joined Generate Product Development again as a Hardware Director and as a Mechanical Engineer at Emphysys, Inc. Recently, in 2022, they became a Sr. R&D Engineer at Adona Medical. In 2011, they completed their high school education at Simsbury High School. Sarah then attended Northeastern University from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering. In 2017, they became a certified SolidWorks Associate, earning this certification through the SolidWorks Authorized Training Centre. In the same year, they also completed a course on learning C# through Lynda.com.
