Paul Byrne

Paul Byrne's work experience includes experience in sales and strategy consultancy, as well as various managerial roles in the food and beverage industry. Paul founded Elev8 Sales Consultancy in December 2018, where they provided bespoke sales and strategy consultancy services for food manufacturers. In November 2020, Paul became the UK Country Manager for Tweek Sweets. Prior to that, they served as the OOH Channel Manager for H!P Chocolate from October 2020 to May 2022. Paul also worked as the Commercial Director for Ugly Drinks from September 2020 to October 2021, and as the Commercial Manager for Minor Figures from January 2020 to October 2020. Before that, they held the position of Sales Director at Sauce Shop from December 2018 to August 2020, and Head of Sales at Mallow & Marsh from March 2018 to December 2018. Paul's earlier work experience includes roles at Vita Coco as the UK & IRE Impulse Controller from November 2016 to March 2018, and as the UK & IRE Field Sales Manager from October 2014 to November 2016. Paul also worked at Molson Coors as the National Sales Manager from October 2013 to October 2014, and at Red Bull in various positions, including Regional Sales Manager & UK Field Sales Trainer and Regional Sales Manager from April 2013 to October 2013 and from June 2009 to April 2013, respectively.

Paul Byrne attended St Edmund Campion from 1994 to 2000, where they obtained 11 GCSE's. In 2002, they briefly attended St Edmund Campion Sixth Form, but did not pursue a degree or field of study.
