In 2010, they were a Marketing/Sales Intern at Great Northern Products, Inc. and in 2011, they were a Sales Representative at L. Knife & Son, Inc. In 2014, they were a New England Regional Sales Manager at Dogfish Head Craft Brewery. In 2015, they became an Energy Advisor at Atlas Retail Energy. In 2018, they were a Senior Partner Channel Manager, Innovation at addapptation, as well as a 2018 Finalist - Gold Winner at MassChallenge. In 2020, they founded Collective Minds Apparel and served as the CEO. Finally, in 2021, they became a Sr. Business Development Manager at Adopets and an Advisor at Voicengage.
Alex K James obtained a B.A. in Entrepreneurial Studies/Marketing from Endicott College. Alex K then obtained a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Firenze, with a focus on International Business, Italian (language), Food & Wine Marketing, and History of the Mafia. Alex K also obtained a certification in Innovation Management from Informa in May 2019, a Google Analytics for Business certification in April 2020, and is currently working towards a Certified Cicerone certification from the Cicerone® Certification Program. In 2022, they will be a Program Fellow for Climate Change: Learning for Action at Terra.do. Alex K also has experience in Organizational Leadership from NOLS.
