Emily Lemmer is an accomplished Design Director currently leading design efforts at Adopt since April 2025. Previously, Emily held various roles at Nike from November 2009 to April 2025, including Design Director for Global Retail Brand Creative and Art Director for Global Kids Brand Creative. Earlier career experience includes freelance graphic design work for notable clients such as Brand Jordan and Vogue Events, following a brief tenure as a freelance graphic designer with Nike from August 2008 to June 2009. Emily's educational background includes an MFA in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University and a BS in Journalism and Communication from the University of Oregon.
