Kirsty Gillespie currently serves as the PATH Delivery Manager at Adoption UK, where management of the Psychology and Therapy team entails overseeing approximately 50 clinicians and peer mentors providing support to families nationwide. Previously, Kirsty held the position of Events Manager at the Scottish Rugby Union from May 2014 to September 2022, focusing on VIP experiences and hospitality during events. Prior experience includes a role on the Management Team for Commonwealth Games Scotland in 2013, contributing to team policies and protocols while managing logistics for Team Scotland during the games, and serving as the Team Operations Co-ordinator for Scottish Rugby from August 2000 to April 2014, providing off-field support to the national team.
