Naquanda J. is an accomplished professional in child welfare with extensive experience, currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at ICF since August 2023, where leadership and management oversight are provided to the Child Welfare Information Gateway. Naquanda has completed a 12-month fellowship with AdoptUSKids as an MPLD Alumna, focusing on research and analysis of the Child Abuse Prevention Treatment Act.
