Srinivasan Hari

Srinivasan Hari has over 30 years of work experience in the engineering industry. Srinivasan started their career in 1989 as a Sales Engineer at Diffusion Engineers Ltd, where they established a client base and developed new applications in the cement industry and thermal power stations. Srinivasan was later promoted to Senior Sales Engineer before becoming an Assistant Marketing Manager. After a brief stint as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Diffusion Engineers Ltd, Srinivasan joined Ador Fontech Ltd in 1997.

At Ador Fontech Ltd, Srinivasan held various positions, starting as an Area Sales Manager and later progressing to Regional Sales Manager. Srinivasan led multiple teams and achieved significant sales growth, earning recognition and incentives for their performance. Eventually, they became an Assistant General Manager, overseeing marketing and sales for South and West India. In this role, they focused on product introduction, market analysis, and strategy formation to support the sales team in achieving their goals.
