The parent company Adora Engineering is based in Skopje, Macedonia, with its primary business being Real Estate Development. Since its foundation in 2002, it has succesfully executed more than 40 high-quality real estate development complexes with developed area of over 400 000 m2, where more than 13 000 residents found their quality home or work place. Adora Engineering is among the 20 most successful enterprises in Macedonia and it was ranked among the top 5 fastest growing in the country. Adora Engineering is the biggest shareholder in the largest Macedonian bank “Komercijalna Banka” controlling over 15 percent of the bank’s ownership. In addition to, Adora has diversified its portoflio in other well established publicly listed banks and companies as well. 

“Adora Living Solutions” is the latest addition to the scope and range of business, which represents the Adora Real Estate brand in the Serbian market, who built a cutting-edge real estate projects in the wonderful Serbian mountain resort Zlatibor.  "Adora Energy Solutions" operates in the energy sector. The East and West heating plants and other related facilities owned by Adora, are of essential importance for the system of production and delivery of central city heating in Skopje, the capital of Macedonia. These companies represent the Adora Business Group.
