Helen Mears is the current Chief Design Officer at Adore Me. Prior to their current position, they were the Design Director at Wacoal-America from April 2008 to January 2012. Before that, they were the Design Director at Victoria's Secret from October 1997 to February 2008. Prior to that, they were the Foundations Designer at Nap Intimates from October 1995 to October 1997. And before that, they were a Bra designer at Sara Lee Courtaulds from January 1993 to December 1995.

Helen Mears has a BA Honors in Fashion & Textile Design from De Montfort University.
