Siân Milliner

Siân Milliner is an accomplished professional specializing in people management and project coordination within the arts and cultural sectors. Currently serving as ADP People Manager at ADP Architecture since June 2022, Siân leads HR efforts across multiple studios in the UK and Europe while overseeing project budgets and targets. Previously, Siân held the position of Head of Open House Festival at Open City from February 2018 to June 2022, successfully managing a large-scale festival with over 800 events and 250,000 visitors, alongside significant adaptations during the Covid-19 pandemic. With extensive experience in volunteer management and stakeholder coordination across various roles in museums and educational institutions, Siân also holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in History of Art, Design and Film from Kingston University.
