Alwyn K. is a multi-award-winning senior Learning and Development executive with over 25 years of experience. They currently serve as the Senior Director of Strategic Enablement at ADP and are a part-time lecturer at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations. Alwyn has previously held leadership roles at Wawa, Inc. and MTN South Africa, where they successfully developed learning and performance strategies. They hold multiple certifications, including Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) and Certified Performance Technologist (CPT), and earned degrees in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and the University of South Africa.
