Amy Freshman

Amy Freshman is a Senior HR Leader and HR M&A Practitioner with extensive experience at ADP, where they began as a District Manager in 1995 and currently serve as a Senior Director of Global HR. Since 2012, they have led flexible work arrangements programs, advocating for a results-driven environment that enhances both professional and personal well-being. Amy has a passion for associate experience and has developed programs to improve engagement and productivity throughout their career. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications from Bryant University and have earned several certifications, including SHRM-SCP and training in change leadership and executive coaching.
