Cristina Ruz has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Cristina currently serves as the Senior Director & Head of People Partnering, EMEA at Cytel, where they work closely with business unit leaders to develop talent management strategies and increase operational effectiveness. In this role, they manage and deploys various HR programs and processes, including performance management, succession planning, learning and development, employee engagement, and compensation planning.

Prior to their current position, Cristina held several leadership roles in HR. Cristina served as the Vice President of Human Resources, Talent & Reward at Menzies Aviation, where they set and led the global agenda for talent and reward and served as the HR strategic business partner for executives and their functions. Cristina also worked as the Global Human Resources Director at Volaris Group- Marine portfolio SpecTec & Shipnet, where they provided direction and leadership to the HR function across a diverse group of companies.

Cristina has also held HR leadership positions at Sensient Technologies Corporation, Aggreko, Doosan Babcock, and IBM UK. Cristina'sresponsibilities in these roles included providing leadership and guidance in all areas of HR management, such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, talent management, and international mobility.

Throughout their career, Cristina has demonstrated a strong capability in strategic HR planning and execution, as well as a deep understanding of diverse industries and organizational structures. Cristina'sexpertise in talent management, leadership development, and HR policy implementation make their a valuable asset in driving business growth and success.

Cristina Ruz completed a Leadership Development Programme at IMD Business School in 2015. In 2014, they participated in a Business Strategy for HR Leaders program at INSEAD. Additionally, Cristina pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Glasgow Caledonian University. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from both the University of Strathclyde with a focus on Marketing and the Universidad de Córdoba.
