Amy Miller

Amy Miller, CPA, serves as the Director of Public Policy at Carta since April 2022. Prior to this role, Amy was with the AICPA from June 2013 to March 2022, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Manager in Tax Policy & Advocacy. In this capacity, Amy led tax policy initiatives related to cryptocurrency, the digital economy, education reform, and disaster relief, and advocated for over 428,000 members before governmental entities. Amy's earlier experience includes positions at Deloitte as a Tax Senior and Tax Consultant. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in International Business from Penn State University.
