Luis Eduardo Guerra

Luis Eduardo Guerra is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in HIV prevention, sexual health, and reproductive health. Currently serving as the Director of Global Policy at Gilead Sciences since November 2020, Luis previously held significant roles including HIV Commission Lead for an independent commission focused on eliminating new HIV transmissions in England and National Lead on Sexual Health, Reproductive Health and HIV at Public Health England. With a strong background in program management and community outreach, Luis has worked with organizations like METRO Charity and the STOP AIDS Project, contributing to the health and well-being of underserved populations. Luis holds a Master of Science in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and System Engineering from Universidad de San Martín de Porres.
