Ben Takizawa-Soper

Ben Takizawa-Soper is a seasoned technology and product management professional with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of IT Strategy at ADP, Ben oversees major cross-functional initiatives within the Global Enterprise Technology and Solutions organization. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Product & Portfolio Management, where Ben drove organizational transformation through the adoption of OKRs, and Head of Interactive/UX Center of Excellence, responsible for establishing a UX team and promoting best practices. Ben's career also includes positions at Razorfish, Prudential Financial, Renitent, Inc., iXL Enterprises, WBAI-FM, and WFUV-FM, coupled with an educational background that includes dual MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School, as well as a BA in Philosophy from Fordham University.
