Bernadette Nace

Bernadette Nace currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Advisory Services at ADP, a position held since March 2012, where Bernadette leads a team of consultants to assist ADP’s largest clients with human capital management challenges and collaborates with sales teams to articulate ADP's competitive advantages. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Strategic Advisory Services at Mercer from February 1996 to March 2012 and as Principal at The Wyatt Company from July 1993 to March 1996. Bernadette began professional career as a Communication Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication from La Salle University, attained from 1994 to 1999 and 1989 to 1993, respectively.
