Clelia Hernandez

Clelia Hernandez, M.S. PHR, SHRM-CP, sHRBP, serves as a Human Resources Business Partner III at ADP since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in HR strategy and employee relations. Previously, Clelia held the role of HR Business Partner at Pediatric Associates in South Florida, where key contributions included implementing job architecture and redesigning performance evaluation systems. Clelia also served as an HR Employee Relations & Training Specialist, focusing on investigations and guidance related to employee relations issues. Earlier positions included roles at the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Family Central, Inc., and internships at the State of Florida Department of Corrections and Florida State University. Clelia holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Counseling from Florida State University.
