Cole Draghi

Cole Draghi has a diverse professional background with experience in sales, coaching, marketing, and operational support. Currently serving as a Senior Inside Sales Associate at ADP since June 2021, Cole has demonstrated a strong sales capability following a previous role as an Inside Sales Associate. Prior to ADP, Cole worked as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Muhlenberg College from September 2018 to June 2021 and held a marketing internship at Sectigo. Additional experience includes maintenance work at Washington Township Municipal Utilities Authority and serving as an Operational Assistant at Ort Farms. Cole graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2021 after completing studies there from 2017 to 2021, following graduation from West Morris Central High School in 2017.
