Dave Memmott

Dave Memmott is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in private equity, institutional sales, and investment banking. Currently serving as the Director of Private Equity at ADP since October 2019, Dave collaborates with Private Equity, Venture Capital, and finance executives to deliver innovative solutions in Human Capital Management. Prior roles include Associate in the Client & Partner Group at KKR & Co. Inc., where support was provided for capital raising efforts, and Investment Banking Analyst positions at BTIG and Stout, focusing on TMT and consumer industries, as well as M&A. Dave's foundations in finance were established at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
