David Shaw

David Shaw has extensive experience in management and client solutions, with a career spanning over three decades. David began at Marks and Spencer as a Deputy Manager and later joined Waitrose, where roles varied from Assistant Manager to Store Manager across multiple locations until 2016. Following this, David transitioned to ADP as a Trainee and advanced to the role of Associate Implementation Specialist, now engaged in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Management and Leadership. At ADP, David has successfully implemented numerous client solutions and achieved professional development through training in First Aid and Fire Marshalling. Educational qualifications include a GSCE from Frogmore Comprehensive School and Media Studies with an NVQ in Television and Video Production from Farnborough College of Technology.
